Check the fuel quality in real-time (feedstock, rundowns, blending components tanks) by providing a snapshot of the status of the key streams every minute. Because of the drift between final blending recipes and initial orders, there is a need of in-line measurements of the fuel quality anywhere in the intermediate stream. Operational performance is drastically improved and facilitated thanks to a better and complete real-time monitoring of your plant combined with lower CAPEX and OPEX sensor.

SP3H sensor can be suitable for different applications all along the refinery process:
• Online application for real-time control of the fluids:
   o For cost-effective measurement in areas where it is difficult to justify high CAPEX/OPEX (classical instruments or FTNIR analyzer)
   o To pilot advanced process control and dynamic measurement control models by effective measurements once a minute
   o For intermediate streams (feedstocks, rundows, basestocks tanks) where ASTM accuracy is not required
• Laboratory application: fuel quality check
• Off-site application:
   o Tank management: FQIS(ex) controls the fuel fingerprint during storage or transportation (fuel evolution, adulteration, fraud...)
   o Pipe management: fluid identifications in multi-strams pipeline (transition monitoring)
